Delivery & Returns policy

Standard EU/UK policies are observed for deliveries and all returns and refunds.

Certain products may have no return policies that will be displayed on the product description at the time of purchase. The normal process for Returns and refund are still observed or enforced if the product is faulty beyond what was described or damaged in shipping where the shipping agent processes the refund and in most cases by Royal Mail.

Standard UK shipping: 47 business days; All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day. In peak periods please allow for up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with each purchase, but we understand that sometimes things happen. You can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of receiving it. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price to the same credit card or debit card used to make the original purchase. No refunds on products that have been opened or consumed in part or in full.

Return Process

  • Contact us to let us know that you will be returning your product within 14 days and request the return shipping address.
  • Please provide us with the tracking number once the order is sent back to us. For more expensive items please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items.
  • Once we receive your unopened, unused item, we will process your refund. Return shipping costs are the your responcibillity as the customer. Please allow 7-10 business days for the your statement/accounts to be updated.

Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us. Delayed / Lost packages:

Most of the time, our packages arrive on time with no delays. On occasion a package will get lost in the mail, or arrive later than expected. Once we ship the item, your point of contact is the shipping courier. If it has been more than 14 days and you do not have the package, please contact us .
